Dr. Oliner graduated from Columbia College and completed medical school at SUNY Downstate College of Medicine. His Residency in Internal Medicine and his Fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology were conducted at the University Hospital of Brooklyn. Dr. Oliner is proficient in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including colonoscopy, endoscopy, Bravo pH monitoring, and capsule endoscopy. He actively contributes to medical education as a Clinical Assistant Professor at SUNY Downstate. Dr. Oliner has published and presented numerous articles in national peer-reviewed journals and significant GI conferences. Dr. Oliner shares professional affiliations with the New York-Presbyterian Hospital-Columbia and Cornell.
