By providing your mobile phone number to Ahava Medical Center and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to receive informational text messages from Ahava Medical Center, including appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, healthcare-related notifications, and patient care communications.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule and healthcare needs.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s plan. Standard messaging rates from your wireless provider will apply to each message sent and received.
Opt-Out Instructions: You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by:

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
Help and Support: For assistance with text messages, you can:
- Reply “3” to speak with staff

Consent: Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving medical services from Ahava Medical Center. You may still receive our full range of healthcare services even if you choose not to receive text messages.
Supported Carriers: This service is available on participating carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and other major U.S. carriers. Message delivery is subject to carrier limitations and coverage.
Changes to Service: Ahava Medical Center reserves the right to modify or discontinue the text messaging service at any time. We may also update these terms, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Collection and Use of Mobile Information:
When you opt in to receive text messages from Ahava Medical Center, we collect and store your mobile phone number along with your consent preferences. This information is used solely to send you appointment reminders, healthcare notifications, and other informational messages related to your care at Ahava Medical Center.
Information Sharing:
Mobile opt-in information will NOT be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile phone number and messaging consent will only be shared with:
- Our authorized messaging service providers who assist in delivering text messages

- Healthcare providers within our practice as necessary for your care coordination
We will never sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Data Security:
